Feeling rather salty, YHC got to work.

  • Ruck @ Standard Pace – 6 minutes
  • Ruck Mosey – 2 minutes
  • Ruckercise AMRAP – 2 minutes
  • Rinse & Repeat with new Ruckercise each rotation
      • 1st Stop:  Plank Pull-Thrus
      • 2nd Stop:  Ruck Clean w/ Overhead Press
      • 3rd Stop:  Upright Ruck Rows
      • 4th Stop:  Ruck Curls
  • YHC took a meandering course through the downtown business district as well as the historic downtown residential area.
  • Finished morning with Pullups, 10x

No COT.  No Announcements.
