Ruck It BackBlast – Ruckercise

Two dedicated Pax posted this morning for Ruck It.  A gorgeous sunrise over the river greeted us, inviting us to give our best effort.  Mission Statement and Disclaimer were recited, and we got started with:

WARM-O-RAMA

  • Warm Up Lap around Union Point Park Block

THANG 1

  • Rucked Up Merkins, IC, 10x
  • Ruck Dead Lift w/ Overhead Press, OYO, 20x
  • Ruck Curls, OMU, 20x
  • Upright Ruck Rows, OMU, 20x
  • Rinse & Repeat
  • 1 Lap around Union Point Park Block with quicker pace than Warm Up Lap

THANG 2

  • Plank w/ Ruck Pull Thru’s, OYO, 20x
  • Ruck Squats, OMD, 20x
  • American Ruck Hammers, IC, 10x w/ Slow Tempo
  • Bent Over Ruck Rows, OMU, 20x
  • Rinse & Repeat
  • Ruck over bridge and return

Great way to start the day.  In the vein of giving Oz and Unicorn a break, YHC will Q Bushwood and The Point this week.  See you in the Gloom.
