Virtual Reality

As a shout to Pyro, who has kept the Pax moving during the pandemic, we did the scheduled virtual workout set for today, celebrating The Last Dance.  With no FNGs, we jumped right in:

Warmarama. 1 lap around the square, then B-U-L-L-S:  5 Burpees, 10 Up-downs, 15 Lunges (each leg), 20 tempo LBCs, 25 Side straddle hops.  Rinse and repeat and we were good and warm.

Thang.  A series of exercises consisting of 1 burpee, 2 ranger merkins, 3 toddler squats, 4 plank jacks, and 5 LBCs, followed by a lap.  Then increase each time, so 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 one lap; then 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, one lap; 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, one lap…  Goal was 10, 20, 30, 40, 50. Some of the pax got to 9, most of us made it to 8.

Mary. C-H-A-M-P-S:  Chilcutt plank x 50 secs, 40 High knees, 30 American hammers, 20 Wide merkins, 10 Plank jacks IC, 50 Side straddle hops.

Excellent work, and we retract anything nice we said about Pyro. We counted, named, and closed in prayer. An honor to lead. Wash your hands!
