WARM-O-RAMA:  25 SSH 4-Count then 10 Jump Squats Single Count

THE THANG:

Progressive BLIMPS

5 Burpees –> Run 5 minutes

5 Burpees, 10 Lunges –> Run 5 minutes

5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers (4-Count) –> Run 5 minutes

5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers (4-Count), 20 Squats –> Turn back around run 5 minutes towards home

5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers (4-Count), 20 Squats, 25 Plank Jacks (2-Count- Each “In” is one rep) –> Run 5 minutes

5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers (4-Count), 20 Squats, 25 Plank Jacks (2-Count- Each “In” is one rep), 30 Squats –> Run 5 minutes  –> Home

MARY: Probably not time, but if so: 50 LBCs, 25 American Hammers 4-Count
