The Thang:
We focused on legs after the Merkin marathon from Wednesday.
Progressive BLIMPS- 5 Burpees, 10 Leg Lunges (10 each Leg), 15 Imperial Walkers (4-count), 20 Monkey Humpers (in lieu of Merksins), 25 Plankjacks and 30 Squats. We traveled along Pollock Street, turned down Hancock, and ended up at the corner of the History Center where we did 10 double-box jumps while a partner did heel-curb squats.
We then moseyed to the History Center Boardwalk for something foolish…scale the railing and lunge walk the sea wall. Faulkner had concerns- he actually built this seawall and was concerned there was a gap in the middle. Fortunately, no gap and no one splashed in the river. LBCs/LSF for the 6.
We then moseyed along South Front St, with stops at the traffic lights for squats, pistol squats, and some box jumps (x 10, OYO) at the Convention Center Wall.
We moseyed to the steps behind the gazebo for calf raises x 75 before rail-crawling into the gazebo.
No announcements and closed in Prayer. Great work men!
