11 sun gods forward, 11 sun gods backwards, 11 cotton pickers, 11 beat your guts, 11 windmills, 11 imperial walkers, 11 squats, 11 half merkins, 11 calf raises, 11 Carolina dry docks, 11 side straddle hops.
Lined up for a Indian run 2x around park, 11 LBCs, mosey to convention center knee wall, 11 LBCs, Coon crawl forward wall sit for the 6, reverse coon crawl Al gore for the six, 11 LBCs, mosey to behind the convention center, 11 LBCs, Partner up…partner 1 does 11 pull ups on rail switches, then 11 pulls ups reverse grip, other partner is doing side straddle hops the entire time, 11 LBCs, mosey to the museum to the side steps, 11 LBCs, divide group in half and go up the steps 11 times doing 2 feet jump ups, mosey back to convention center knee wall, 11 LBCs, line up for a derkin wall crawl to the left plank for 6, then derkin wall crawl to the right wall sit for the 6, 11LBCs, mosey back to park, 11LBCs, lunge to the corner, 11LBCs, run backwards to corner (ran out of time for the 11th set of LBCs) then sprint back for the circle up, identification and prayer.
