Ruck It BackBlast – Row, Row, Row Your Ruck

A Pax of 3 greeted the week by posting this morning at the Union Point Park Gazebo for Ruck It.  Focus for today was the Trapezius – the idea being to build the muscle group as part of the foundation for Ruck support.  Mission and Disclaimer was given and we started in with:

WARM-O-RAMA

  • SSH, IC 10x
  • Sungods, IC, 10x Front & Back
  • Pullups, 10x, OYO

THE THANG

A somewhat winding route through and around the historic district with periodic stops for Upright Ruck Rows, OMU, 20x.  Pax completed 7 sets for a total of 140 reps along the way.  With a 30 lb. ruck, total reps x weight = 4200 lbs. lifted.  Schrute’s ruck weighed in at 35 lbs., so he did work totaling 4900 lbs.  Distance covered of roughly 2.25 miles due to our brisk pace.

Hard Stop @ 0615.  No Mary.  YHC had prayer and we were dismissed.

Pax worked hard today and will be better tomorrow because of it.

Hope everyone out there has a great week.

Bitcoin out.
