Series of suicides as follows:

- 10 Spider Merkins at each cone
- 10 Monkey Humperdinck at each cone
- 10 Carolina Drydocks at each cone
- 10 Merkins at each cone
- 10 Peter Parkers at each cone
- 5 Burpees at each cone

Lots of mumblechatter about distance of cones.
Broad jump Burpees to first cone; mosey to second cone and return. Lt. Dans to first cone; mosey to second cone and return. Rinse and repeat.
Sufficiently spent, YHC opted for a longer MARY consisting of WWIs, American Hammers, A thru Z, Chilcut plank, box cutters, and gym class sit-ups.
This workout was lifted pretty much straight from Jang-a-Lang’s Dreadnought workout this past Tuesday, so any and all complaints can be directed to him. Great effort and push by all.
