Moving warmup with a mosey around the park with stops for SSH, Windmill, Right over Left, and Downward Dog.

Series of suicides as follows:

  1. Standard
  2. 10 Spider Merkins at each cone
  3. 10 Monkey Humperdinck at each cone
  4. 10 Carolina Drydocks at each cone
  5. 10 Merkins at each cone
  6. 10 Peter Parkers at each cone
  7. 5 Burpees at each cone
  8. Standard

Lots of mumblechatter about distance of cones.

Broad jump Burpees to first cone; mosey to second cone and return. Lt. Dans to first cone; mosey to second cone and return.  Rinse and repeat.

Sufficiently spent, YHC opted for a longer MARY  consisting  of WWIs, American Hammers, A thru Z, Chilcut plank, box cutters, and gym class sit-ups.

This workout was lifted pretty much straight from Jang-a-Lang’s Dreadnought workout this past Tuesday, so any and all complaints can be directed to him.  Great effort and push by all.
