Ruck It BackBlast – 21 Gun Salute

A 2-Pax on this wonderful morning to be in New Bern.  Mission Statement and Disclaimer recited.  Theme for Ruck It was “21,” with each exercise performed for 21 reps.  Distance covered approximately 2.1 miles (what a coincidence, right?).  Exercises performed along our route were:
