No FNG’s and a VQ – at least we started on time. Warmorama with a few issues on starting and counting we made it through SSH x22, Sun Gods x22 and cotton pickers x11 with a downward dog stretch to finish off a quick warmorama. The Thang(if you can call it that) started with a quick mosey up the Cunningham Bridge with a stop for incline merkins x10, Sumo squats x15 and air presses x20 OYO. Continued mosey to the Outback parking lot for the “down under” tie in. Aussie Burpees x10 and Australian MC x10. A couple of laps around parking lot consisting of Monkey Humpers/WideMerkins/Squats/Carolina Dry docks x10-15 each at the corners with Sprint/Lunge/Mosey/Broad Jump Burpees in between. Wheel of Merkin with 10 reps at each position and start the Mosey back up the bridge. Quick stop for some more incline Merkins and mosey back to the gazebo for extended Mary. LBC’s x50/LSF’s x30(thanks Kevorkian)/LBC’s x50/Box Cutters x 20(thanks Butterball)/Reverse Crunches and downward dog to end the virgin Q. Thankful for the opportunity to be part of this group and in some small way lead today. Stye out.
