On a beautiful, spring-like morning, seven men posted at Union Point to Ruck-It out! The PAX completed a partner version of the 300 workout which proved harder than expected with the Ruck pack. After a brief explanation of the plan for the workout – we jumped in.
Warm-A-Rama

- Downward Dog x 4
- Upward Dog x 4
- Cat Stretch x 4
- Baseball Shoulder/Tri stretch x both sides
- Neck Stretch x both sides
- Quad Stretch
The Thang
The 300 workout was the Spartan workout completed during the movie “300” to test total strength. We modified to make is a partner workout and added some Rucking to the mix. The workout is:
- 25 Pull Ups (without Ruck pack)
- 1 Lap around the Loop
- 50 Dead Lifts
- 1 Lap
- 50 Push Ups
- 1 Lap
- 50 Box jumps/Step Ups
- 1 Lap
- 50 Floor Wipers
- 1 Lap
- 50 Clean and Press (25 per side)
- 1 Lap
- 25 Pull-Ups (without Ruck)
