Ruck it BB: Swing low

5 gathered on what turned out to be a nice morning.  A very limited number of exercises today, but I’m already feeling it.

Warm-O-Rama

  • Cotton Pickers IC X 10
  • Wide Cotton Pickers IC X 10
  • Leg stretches on rail OYO
  • Ruck sack swings IC X 15 (think Kettle Bell swings)

Thang

The PAX covered almost 2 miles and stopped multiple times to do Ruck Sack Swings, each having a turn or two singing “Swing low” when exercise was announced.  I’m not sure we are ready for The Voice, but we didn’t sound bad.  Total swings = 200.
