12 strong posted for the Bear, with 2 FNGs.  After mission statement and disclaimer, we went right to work on some exercises I clearly need more of in my life.  Imagine doing everything with a weighted vest and mask…………..

Mosey to practice field/track for…..

Divide group in half, each with a goal post

10 overhand pull ups – once all PAX completes, lung walk to midfield for exercise, mosey back to goal post and repeat pattern, this time 8, then 6, then 4, then AMRAP (goal was at least 10) Exercises at midfield:

  • Sumo squats IC X 10
  • Toddler squats IC X10
  • Sumo squats X 10
  • Toddler squats IC X 10 (each side)
  • Sumo squats IC X 10

Mosey to side of school, partner up for wheelbarrow climbs with Merkin on each step, flap jack.  Rinse repeat, this time wheelbarrow with 2 Merkins each step, then 1 coming down (great suggestion Pyro).  Flap jack.  Then for fun, 25 calf raises on each step.  Mosey to front of school for….
