The Point at Epiphany Review

18 at Epiphany for a perverse rendition of Catch Me If You Can.  We warmed up with:

  • Hip Flexor Stretches
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Imperial Walkers

Partner up and A Crabwalks while B performs 10 Jumpsquats before “sprinting” to swap with partner around the building, 1/4 mile.  Same thing with Bear Crawl and Lunges, and again with Run Backward and 5 Broad Jumps.  Between each of those three sets we mixed in:

  • Freddie Mercuries
  • LBCs
  • Oblique Crunches

We did two full rounds of the Carolina Choo-Choo with Reverse Grip Merkins and WWIs mixed in to finish.
