The Thang: Mosey around Veterans Park stopping every 0.25 miles or so for a beat down. Various exercises include imperial walkers, copper head squats, front lunges, back lunges. Once back to parking lot (on a hill) did hill sprints and then light mosey to bottom of hill.
Mary: moseyed to playground for Mary which included Big Boybsitups, flutter kicks, gas pumps, American hammers. Moseyed to the flag poles for COT.
COT: announcements included Kentucky Convergence on Saturday (man I wish I could go!). Counted and named. Then gathered in circle with arms around each other for prayer requests and prayer.
