@DontFixIt was the Q to close out “Fix It February,” where he takes a tour of the Raleigh area (beyond just F3 Raleigh) and posts as many times and AOs as possible to raise funds for students he supports and mentors.
This marked his TWENTY-SECOND (#22) post in February, at TWENTY-ONE (#21) different AOs! His goal is to raise $2,500 for the month, at $700 so far with some last day pledges being based on the number of posts x $5.

We started off with some of the usual: SSH, Good Mornings, etc.
Then we set off on a money, noting @Lambeer was the 6 and we circled back to snatch him (in his defense, he’s double-respect and did a 2-mile pre-run, and this was his first Bootcamp F3 post!).

We squat-holded or burpeed along the way until we got to a small hill for lightpost merkins. We then go to St. Ambrose’ parking lot for exercises at each end, backwards run in between.

We turned to head back with merkin lightposts once again, before stops along the trail to keep the mosey group intact.
@Ponzi is training for the Wake County Senior Olympics (in like 5 events!) and we jailbreaked the last 100-200 meters.

Mary included DontFixIt’s favorite exercise, the Icky Shuffle…jogging in place before he calls out an exercise, and then back to the jog in place. Some were tempted to do the original Icky Shuffle, too.

We counted, named, announced and prayed. It was a great way to end a 3-day run in Raleigh!
