SPMILB’s

4 men showed up, not deterred by the threat of rain (there was none). After SSH IC x 20, Sun Gods, and Cotton Pickers x 10, we ran the loop clockwise with reverse blimps along the way.  That is, at the first stop we did Squats x 30 IC, Plank Jacks x 25 IC, Merkins x 20, Imperial Walkers x 15 IC, Lunges, x 10 each leg, and 5 Burpees.  At the last stop, having exhausted SPMILB’s, we did 50 calf raises.  Finished a minute or two late.  Pleasure to lead.
