We Moseyed to the covered area by way of the road for 60 Calf Raises and 20 Dips, Bulgarian Split Squats, & Step ups. We then made our way to the track for a ½ Merkin Mile. We then did a 7 of Diamonds with rounds of 7 Burpees, 14 Merkins, 21 Squats, 28 Air Presses accompanied by tunes at the first station.
