A chilly 12 pax (and not in the good way) posted this am to get back into the swing of post holiday workouts. No FNGs and no reason to mill about any longer, we got to moving

The Thang
As part of my New Year, I need to run more. So, off we moseyed to the Bushwood entrance for and additional 8 Burpees & 16 Mtn Climbers. Then we moved along to the back parking lot at Garber. Being a stealthy Q and planning ahead, I had hidden my Weinke, thus the use of the Sneaky Weinke.
The pax gathered for instructions for what was to follow. Utilizing the parking lot I planned workout stations at each corner. To increase the run distance, we traversed the parking lot by going to opposite corners each time via the middle aisle. In the end, this path created a figure 8 or otherwise known as a Snowman (on my golf scorecard anyway). It also helped to get our distance covered up to 2.8 miles. Reps of the exercises were increased in each corner – 4, 8, 12 & 16. Pax returned to the starting point and Planked for the 6. Exercises were as follows:
- Merkins
- Toddler Squats
- American Hammers
- Carolina Dry Docks
- Flying Monkey Humpers (modified)
- Crucifix Leg Lifts
- Final lap was 4 Wide Merkins, 8 Iron Mikes, 12 Box Cutters and finally 8 Burpees
No Mary
We moseyed back to the parking lot to count & name. Prayers for Acolyte and his family upon the loss of his mother – we love you brother! We prayed out with the Lord’s Prayer.
