The Bear – No Blocks No Burpees

7 men posted this beautiful fall morning for a post IPC workout. We wasted no time and got right to work.

Good Mornings x 10 IC, 4CT
Abe Vigoda’s x 10 IC, 4CT
SSH x 20 IC, 4CT
High Knees x 10 IC, 4CT
Butt Kickers x 10 IC, 4CT
Downward Dog/Upward Dog

We Moseyed to the front entrance for 10 Calf Raises on each step before making our way to the benches on the left side of the school for 20 Dips, Step Ups, Dirkins & Irkins. We then Moseyed to the track for 4 50 yard sprints with 10 Merkins or WWII before each race. We then made our way to the recently repaired goal post where we split into teams alternating between 10 Pull Ups and Squats. Keeping the same teams we followed with a Dora 1-2-3 with 100 Merkins, 200 WWIIs, & 300 Squats. Then staying on the grass we did 4 additional 50 yard sprints with 10 Merkins or WWI’s before each. Polyp pushed himself and won the award for the most wins. We then gathered our cones and headed to the covered area of the school for 10 calf raises each step followed by 20 Dips, Step Ups, Dirkins & Irkins.
