A 12 pax joined YCH for a pre b-day workout. We explored the number 57 with 57 Burpee’s, 57 pull-ups, 57 push-ups and 5 sprints plus 1 70% sprint. Mixed in some running to get from the parking lot to the shed, then to the tennis courts and finally back to the parking lot for Mary.
