The Dirty Bird

A pax of 8 got after it this morning by starting off with confusion and trepidation as they were told it was a glove-less workout. No FNGs, so off we went.

Warm-o-Rama

  • Warrior Pose left & right
  • Downward Dog with much grumbling and gnashing of teeth due to bare hands having to touch the ground
  • Carrot Pickers 4CICX10

The Thang

Due to being fairly arm & ab heavy on workouts of late, YHC thought a good leg day was in order. So off we headed around the parking lot. At each corner, the following sequence was stacked with the last set around the traffic circle. Each stop stacked an exercise as follows:

  • 5 Aiken Legs
  • 10 Flying Monkey Humpers
  • 15 Crucifix Box Cutters
  • 20 Imperial Walkers
  • 25 Fire Hydrants – tempo up, tempo down

Second round was 3, 6, 9, 12 & 15. Third round was 3, 6, 9 and cut short.

Returned to traffic circle to count, name & pray the Lord’s Prayer.
