A pax of 6 posted for some manliness and strength training in the gloom. As YHC was coming in hot, the pax grabbed the coupons and set up stations per instructions. No FNGs, so we got after it.

The Thang

With a little direction and encouragement, each pax claimed a station. Each station consisted of two exercises – Round 1 & Round 2. The tabata-ciabatta timer was utilized yet again. 1 minute AMRAP, 20 sec to transition to next station.

Round 2
