We Moseyed to the front entrance for 20 Calf Raises on each step. We then made our way to the left side of the school for 20 Dips, 20 Irkins, & 10 Derkins. We then Moseyed to the track where we found a freshly mowed field and located a partner. The first exercises were Burp Ups and Al Gore. We rotated after 5 Burp Ups until each team reached 30. We then kept the same partners for Dora 1-2-3 with 100 Merkins, 200 WWIIs, & 300 Squats. When finished we made our way to the track for a 1/2 Merkin Mile. For the 2nd round we each selected a lane and timed the final lap. McRib clocked in first at 1:30 with the six at 1:55. We then gathered the cones and headed for the covered area. With at least 30 students waiting to enter the school for standardized testing and occasionally glancing at us (Not sure what was going through their minds :-)) we did 100 Calf Raises (Last 10 McRib Style), 20 Dips, and 20 Bulgarian Split Squats.
