4 men gathered on this beautiful morning. After repeating the mission statement and disclaimer, we got right to work.

We Moseyed to the right side of the school by way of the road. 60 Calf Raises (10 Each Step), 20 Bulgarian Split Squats (10 Each Leg SC), 20 Dips SC, 20 Alternating Side Squats SC (Appreciated Pax Patience on the Count  :-)) 20 Oblique Crunches SC, 10 Irkins SC, & 10 Dirkins. We then made our way to the parking lot for ½ Ab Mile with 25 LSF and Box Cutters before each ¼ mile. We then did 11’s (WWII & Alternating Side Lunges), before completing our Ab Mile with 25 WWII & LBC’s before each ¼ mile. We then made our back to the steps for 60 Calf Raises (10 Each Step) and then found a box for 20 Bulgarian Split Squats (10 each leg SC), 20 Dips SC, 20 Alternating Side Squats SC, 20 Step Ups OYO, 20 Oblique Crunches SC, 15 Irkins SC, & 10 Dirkins.
