- Burpee suicides – at each cone do a burpee (one unless you are 2 Fingers) while partner does 25 hand release release merkins, flap jack
- Same pattern as above, this time with Iron Mikes, 50 each leg
- Same pattern as above, this time with 75 plank jacks
- Same pattern, this time with 100 squats
