Fartlek

Ran over to Camelia, Tenella, Hillcrest, Country Club loop for warm-up with SSH, sun Gods, Windmills and Leg Stretches.  Did 3 laps with increasing numbers of burpees, a Merkin variant, and leg exercise at the corners.  Did same on way back to club instead of a 4th lap.  Bruce Li for Mary.  Then counted, named and prayed.
