Then some P90X3 inspired Down Dog Crunch, One Leg Jump Squats, Dancing Bear Merkins, Spider-Man Squats, Elevator Merkins, and Warrior Squat Lunges.

Over to tennis courts for partner exercise that included, but were not limited to: Wheelbarrow, Sprints, Plank/Sphinx Merkins, Backwards Run, Star Jacks, Bear Craw, Sumo Squats, Cab Walk, Ranger Merkins,  Caricoa, Jump Squats, LBC, Broken Wheelbarrow Wide Merkins, Imperial Walkers, Goofball, Monkey Humpers, and a new one “Hoppy Bear” which I discovered as I attempted to modify a broken wheelbarrow without a partner.
