Pop Up AOs this week (no run, lower intensity)

Being tired of injury keeping me in and missing being part of the Pax, YHC has decided to start these pop up AOs for a little while. YHC invites anyone who’d like to join, especially those who have been out for a while, recovering from an injury, or who just don’t like to run. Good opportunity to invite FNGs. YHC will bring rings, bands, bells (dumb and kettle), and bags. Please feel free to bring your own as well to make sure there’s enough. Expect maybe 25-30 minutes of strength work and 10-15 minutes of mobility and stretching.
