9 men gathered on this beautiful spring morning. After repeating the mission statement, we got right to work.

We Moseyed to the right side of the school by way of the road. 60 Calf Raises (10 Each Step), 20 Step ups OYO, 20 Dips SC, 15 Irkins SC, 40 Oblique Crunches (20 Each Side) SC, & 15 Dirkins. We then Lunged to the back seating, Raccoon Crawled, Lunged to next area, Raccoon Crawled, and then Lunged back to box area. We then moseyed to the track for 11’s (WWII & Alternating Side Lunges), before our Merkin Mile. We timed the last lap with McRib clocking in at a blistering 1:18 and YHC bringing up the six at 1:42. We then gathered the cones and made our way to the Pull Up bar where we took turns, before heading to the opposite side of the school for 60 more Calf Raises (10 each step), 20 Step Ups OYO, 10 Irkins SC, & 10 Derkins SC.
