We Moseyed to side of the right side of the school for 20 Oblique Crunches (Each Side), Dips & Step ups and 15 Irkins and Derkins. & 75 Calf Raises. We then moseyed to the track for 7 of Diamonds with rounds of 7 WWIs, 14 Hydraulic Squats, 21 Merkins, 28 Air Presses. We then did an Ab Mile with 25 WWIIs, LSF, Leg Raises, & Box Cutters before each lap. We then gathered our cones and Moseyed to the side other side of the school for 90 more Calf Raises, 20 Dips & 20 Step Ups, 15 Irkins & 15 Derkins. We then made our way back to the front for…
