Fartlek

Five showed this am.  One of the guys was worried that I wouldn’t be able to remember all of the names, but I remembered it all including that we warmed up with SSH, Windmills, Sun gods, Leg Stretches.  Then we ran out and back to 10 cones that were spaced 50 Oz-paces apart.  When back, we did ascending numbers of Merkins, Jump Squats, Plank Jacks and LBC.  Counted, Named, Prayed.
