The Thang:

(Peeping Tom) 11s: Dips at the benches, bear crawl to the curb for Durkins, crawl bear back to the benches; Step-ups x 20

(Ingrown) Mosey to the track. One man stationed at each corner for repeating rounds of 20 x Copperhead Squats, Merkins, LBCs, and leg raises. One man moseys to the next station to pick up where that man left off in the rotation and sends the second man on his way. Completed two laps.

(Polyp) Partner work at the goalpost. Partner one does pullups, hanging leg lifts, and chin-ups while partner two lunge-walks to the tire and back. Flapjack. We then kareoke-d around the track with some other exercises thrown in. Mosey to the covered area.

(Double Dipper) Cuddy calf raises x 90, zig-zag run over the blocks, racoon crawl over the semi-circle walls, 60 sec wall sit, zig zag run, 30 sec wall sit, zig zag run, sideways plank walk down the railing, and mosey to the front.
