Sorry for the belated Backblast. McRib told me I had until 10 AM to finsh it, so here we go: 18 gathered for a wet Wednesday work-out. We started off with Warm-a-Rama underthe overhang: SSH x 10 IC, Imperial Walkers x 10 IC, Mountain Climbers x 10 IC, Cotton Pickers x 10 IC, Michael Phelps x 10 IC. After running around to the parking lot, we started with The Thang. We 1st did 10 Burpees, followed by 1 Blue Hawaiian Lap. Next, we did 10 Burpees and 40 Squats (20 traditional, 20 jump squats), followed by a lap. After each lap, we added on a new exercise: next was Bear Crawl down lunge back, then Jack Webbs up to 5 Merkens, then Frog Jump down and back, and finally 30 underhanded curb Merkens single count. In total, we did 6 rounds of exercises.
