The Fartlek- Pyro 3:15

10 men posted to start the week off with some miles, burpees and merkins

Warm-O-Rama: 3 Burpees, 15 SSH IC, 3 Burpees, 15 Sun Gods IC

The Thang: Ran to Camella, then Trent River Drive, over to West Wilson Creek Drive.

50% to Sandhurst, 75% to Hillandale, 100% to Hermitage.

Ran Hermitage to Edgehill, OMAHA to stop at that corner.  Then down Edgehill to Trent Woods Drive.

Back to Trent River Drive, then back to Camella.  Another stop at the Club entrance before back to the Maintenance Lot (Lab?  What?).  Each stop included 3 Burpees and 15 Merkins of varying types.

Mary: Low slow flutter x15 IC, Knees to Chest x15 IC, Box Cutters x15 IC, then 100s.

  1. got a 68 score. I started that Keto diet and suffering from Carb deficiency though. That probably bumped you a few points.
