Bushwood BB

Great to see 25 men on a beautiful Wednesday morning for the second installment of birthday week Qs.  My first Bushwood in a long time.  No FNGs we started off with:

  • SSH IC x 48
  • Imperial Walkers IC x 24
  • Plank Jacks IC x 24
  • Merkins OMD X 24
  • Plank  – 48 count

Mosey over to Garber Ministry Center parking lot where we found some light.  In preparing for today’s Q, YHC scoured the F3 Exicon to find some exercises to spell out 48 – my new age.  Turned out a bit messy with some flubbed counting on my end coupled with figuring out some of the exercises as we went along.  Here’s how it went down:

  • Flutter Kicks IC x 8
  • Outlaws x 8 left and right
  • Ranger Merkin x 8
  • Twinkle Toes IC x 8
  • Yurpee x 8 OYO
  • E 2k x 8 left and right
  • Imperial Squat Walker IC x 8
