We Moseyed by way of the road to side of the school for Step ups, Dips, Irkins, & Dirkins x 20. We also added 75 Calf Raises before doing 11s with Squats and WWI’s. We then made our way to the track (crossing a somewhat treacherous creek) for a ½ Merkin Mile. This was followed by a Dora 123 with 100 Squats, 200 Alternating Shoulder Taps, and 300 Air Presses. We then finished our Merkin Mile and headed for the covered area. There we did 75 more Calf Raises, and 20 Step Ups and Dips. We then made our way back to the parking lot via the road for…
