The Bear – DORA Just for Fun!

Saturday morning at the Bear went something like this;

One lap around the parking lot then;

Warm-O-Rama

      • Side Straddle Hops (SSH) x 25, In Cadence (IC) 4 CT
      • Imperial Walkers x 20, IC 4 CT
      • Merkins (Tempo) x 15, IC 4 CT
      • Mountain Climbers x 25, IC 4 CT
      • Squats (Tempo) x 20, IC 4 CT
      • Flutter Kicks x 25, IC 4 CT
      • Big Boy Sit-ups x 20 On Your Own (OYO)
      • Circle Burpees x 2 around the horn (take turns around circle saying down for the burpee)

The Thang

Mosey to parking lot (where it was semi dry);

Working from one end of the parking lot and running the full length we did DORA’s as follows

      • 1st Up – 100 Merkins (Pax 1 exercises Pax 2 Cumulative total for both PAX)
      • 2nd Up – 200 WW II Sit Ups (Pax 1 exercises Pax 2 Runs  – cumulative total for both PAX)
      • 3rd Up – 300 Squats (Pax 1 exercises Pax 2 Runs – cumulative total for both PAX)
      • 4th Final – 400 Crab Cakes (Pax 1 exercises Pax 2 Runs – cumulative total for both PAX)

THE BEAST

Working from parking bumper to parking bumper we continued with;

      • 20 squats, 10 Merkins, 5 Body Builder Burpees
      • Run to other side – 5 jump knee tuck
      • Bear Crawl ½ way back run remainder
      • 10 Imperial walkers, 20 Mountain Climbers, 20 Bobby Hurley’s
      • Plank for the six
      • Rinse repeat 3 times (We were gassed at this point)

MARY

      • Captain Thors (1 sit up 4 American Hammers) 20 total
      • XYs – Rosalita w/ Flutter Kick 20 IC – 4 Count (Coordination required)
      • Time ran out
