Hello old friend…

19 men may never look at a parking block the same, or at least not today.  Here’s how we embraced an old friend.

Warm-O-Rama

  • High Knees IC X 20
  • Butt Kickers IC x 20

  • Toe taps on parking block IC X 10

Thang – Blue Hawaiian lap, then partner up for parking block fun

  • 500 parking block hops (cumulative for all exercises – partner runs Blue Hawaiian lap while partner B does AMRAP)
  • 400 parking block dips
  • 300 parking block squats (heels up as high as possible)
  • 200 Irkins
  • 100 parking block shoulder taps (6 count)
  • 150 Calf raises on block

  • Freddie Mercury IC X 20
  • Low Slow flutter IC X 20
  • Ballerina box cutters  IC X 20
  • 5 burpees OYO
