Warmed up by running to Camelia.  Then ran Camelia, Tenella or Morgan, Hillcrest, Country Club loop with exercises at the 4 corners.

Loop 1: 1 Burpee, 5 Merkins, 5 Squats at CC/C; 2,10,10 at C/M; 3,15,15 M/H; 4,20,20 at H/CC.

Loop 2: Burpee, Ranger Merkins, Jump Squats

Loop 3: Burpee, Wide Merkins, Sumo Squats

Loop 4: Burpee, Crucible Merkins, Curtsy Lunges

Ran back to Club for Mary with Bruce Lee (American Hammers, Leg Raises, LBCs, Heel Touches, Crunchy Frogs, 100s)
