Ruckin’ the Tabata

A hearty pax of 2 got the week started off right! Having put little effort into the planning, we did the following.

  • Upward Dog

The Thang

Rucked up and headed out. With the Tabata set at 50 seconds of ruckin’ and 10 seconds of exercise, we alternated  through (3) Toddler Squats, (3) Merkins and (3) Walking Lunges. Did a total of about 13 cycles, but it felt like more.

Returned and stopped short a few minutes. Counted to 2 and forgot to pray – dang it! I could have really used it too.
