Take 5 Backblast

16 gathered in the fog for Take 5.  After welcoming Blue Oyster, visiting us from Greensboro, we got right into it with a quick Warm-a-Rama of 10 SSH IC, 10 Mountain Climbers IC, 10 Cotton Pickers IC, 10 Imperial Walkers IC and 10 Michael Phelps IC, we moseyed over to Garber parking lot, where we did 5 sets of exercises, each set lasting 5 minutes, with 10-40 reps of each exercise on the minute. Each 5-minute set was followed by 1 lap around the parking lot.

Set 1: 10 Burpees per minute for a total of 50 Burpees

Set 2: 30-40 Monkey Humpers per minute for a total of 150-200

Set 3: 25 Merkens per minute for a total of 125

Set 4: 20 Iron Mikes per minute for 100 total

Set 5: Burpees repeated for a total of 50

Moseying back to NBGCC, we finished with 50 LBC’s and 25 Plankjacks IC.
