Fartlek

We ran to the entrance of Belfern, making a total of 9 stops.
At each stop, we performed exercises, adding a new set at each stop until reaching Belfern. On our return, we withdrew one set at each stop.

      1. If you turn the backblast sideways, it kind of looks like it’s giving you the finger. I imagine that’s how I’d feel after this one too. Also how I felt after Ruck It this morning.
