
5 Pax submitted applications to Midvale School for the Gifted. All were accepted. The morning started with warm up “lap” to the intersection of Craven and South Front and back to the Convention Center knee wall for 2 sets of Ruck Presses x10 and then Step Ups x10 each leg. Then ruck back to one of the swing sets in the park where YHC had dropped the sandbag and set up some gymnastics rings. Each pax was to start with one of the following exercises and then rotate to the next until each exercise was performed. Exercises were:
- Sandbag Deadlifts x10
- Bodyweight Rows on Rings x10 (with or without ruck)
- Merkins x10
- Overhead Ruck Presses x10
- Low Slow Flutter until the last person rotated to the next exercise.
Rinse and repeat the lap and then the exercises again two more times. Last lap included Ruck-weighted Pickle Pointers x15 for 2 sets.
Return back to the swing set for Mary.

- American Hammers x10 IC
Prayers for a mother undergoing eye surgery and a daughter undergoing wisdom teeth extraction (and the Pax who is performing the procedure).
