Group 2 – down 9th fairway, right to 17th fairway, Bernie and back to the walls near 18 green
Group 3 – down 1st fairway, right to 17th fairway, Bernie and back to the walls near 18 green
Round 1 – lap, Bernie, Box Jumps and Iron Mikes
Round 2 – lap, Bernie, One legged pickle pointers and Bulgarian squats with a jump
Round 3 – lap, Bernie, Fire Hydrant/Donkey and one legged squats
Round 4 – lap, Bernie, little/big squats, Worm Merkin with knee to elbow touches
Round 5 – (blue hawaiian lap), Bernie, one legged dead lift jumps and lateral lunge
