Crash and Burn Backblast

20 beat the rain this morning for a Crash and Burn workout.  Luckily, Winthorpe was there to ensure that your Q didn’t offer too many words of encouragement along the way.  After a quick warm-up of SSH x 15 IC, Mountain Climbers x 10 IC, Cotton Pickers x 10 IC, Sun Gods x 10 IC, we moseyed over to the Garber parking lot, where we did Hindenburg BLIMPS. The real Hindenburg Blimp caught on fire as it was landing in 1937, hence the workout name Crash and Burn.  One set of exercises at each corner of the parking lot, moseying between corners.

B = 10 Burpees at each corner for a total of 40

L = 20 Lunges at each corner

I = 30 Imperial Walkers

M = 40 Merkens (this is when most of the mumblechatter stopped)

P = 50 Plankjacks

S = 60 Squats

We then moseyed back to NBGCC and that was all the time we had today.  In total, we completed 40 Burpees, 80 Lunges, 120 Imperial Walkers, 160 Merkens, 200 Plankjacks and 240 Squats.
