6 men came ready for hard work. Quick disclaimer and the Pax were off to the covered area of the convention center.
The exercises were done in the order of, and while singing to the tune of, the 12 Days of Christmas. And that meant following the pattern of day 1, day 2-1, day 3-2-1, day 4-3-2-1, etc.
Pax took a few breaks to ruck to new locations. Other AOs were the parking lot behind Nautical Wheelers and the BB&T drive through.
So here’s how it went.

2 Simple Squats.
3 Overhead Presses.
4 Man-makers.
5 Foooouuuurrrrr Count flutter kicks.
6 ‘Merican Hammers.
7 Rucks a thrusting.
8 Front Hold lunges.
9 Standard sit-ups.
10 Rucks a swinging.
11 Mountain Climbers.
12 Monkey Humpers.
Once finished, the Pax rucked back to the Union Point where they found a little extra time. Each Pax picked their favorite exercise from the morning. Bitcoin tried to throw in some ruck get-ups, but that was quickly denied since it wasn’t from the previously approved list. Additional exercises included American Hammers, Double Monkey Humpers, and Man Makers, likely some others too.
