8 men, and a momentary 9th, showed up for beat down with a “feels like” temperature that was rather unexpected. Undaunted, aside from some wind up the underside of our traffic cone a little later in the morning, YHC started the pax off with a little Warmarama:

To be sure we were able to sufficiently embarrass all involved, YHC modified the order of events to strategically position the pax at the covered area just in time for student arrival at the morning’s SAT event.
The Thang:
Mosey over to the baseball field parking lot to circle up for what could be considered a modified Dora, unpartnered. The series of exercises alternated merkins and sqauts starting and ending with squats. We took break at 20 for some shoulder rotations and baseball stretches.
Merkin Reps were: 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 16, 12, 8, 4
Squats were x20 on either side and in between each merkin set.
Totals were:
- Merkins: 100
- Squats: 200
A nice slow mosey over to the bench area by the Gym side entrance for 7s. In some very lush and pleasantly dry grass, pax did Catalina Wine Mixers and Captain Thors.
Mosey around the back side of the school to hit up the trusty pull-up bar and wall. One pax did up to 5 pull-ups or equivalent hangs while the remaining pax did wall sits rotating through the pax so that each had a chance at pull-ups. Once complete we stuck around for Jack Webbs of Squats and Air Presses, final count was 10 squats and 40 air presses, so 55 squats and 220 air presses. Then back to the wall but this time for BTTW with Cherry Pickers, x10 IC. Rinse and repeat wall sits and pull-ups (up to 3 or equivalent hang time).
With timing just about perfect #humblebrag, the pax moseyed over to the covered area.
Each pax found a block for the following:

This is where Twitch joined us for a little bit to get that blood moving before the big test.

Wishing Twitch good luck, pax went down to the side walk and partnered up.
Partner A did Bulgarian Ball Busters, choosing one leg to work on, while Partner B ran to the end of the sidewalk for 5-count WMDs and then ran back and flap jack so that each partner got to work both legs and did two sets of WMDs.
Back to the steps for calf raises, x25 OYO, then back up to the blocks for Tempo Pickle Pushers, x12 IC. Rinse and Repeat.
Mosey back to the front parking lot for Mary:

- LBCs x20 IC
