We ran the Country Club, Chelsea, Country Club circle and mixed in some exercises.
Stop #1 (Camelia) : “Don’t Know What to Call These” Jacks IC x15. It was a pretty sad looking exercise.
Worked in some sprints and Imperial Walkers next.

Run, Body Builder Burpee at each Lamp Post
Stop #4 (Meadows Park): Carioca Down & Back; LT Dan’s down, Backwards run back
Indian Run with some sprints to lamp posts
Stop #5 (Garber): 45 seconds of Ski Hops, 45 seconds of Bonnie Blair’s (lots of mumble chatter regarding my stopwatch)
Run to NBGCC
Stop #6 (Bottom of hole #18): Sumo Squats IC x25, jail break back to the parking lot
