Fartlek

10 cones were spaced 43 (Oz) paces apart from each other along a course though the main parking lot, up the driveway and out to Country Club.  After the customary warm-up, we ran to the 1st cone and back for 1 Merkin, 1 Squat,  and 1 LBC.  Then 2nd cone and back for 2 of everything.  And so on and so on until cone 10.  Finished with sets of Merkins, Squats and LBCs.  Then counted, named and prayed.
